Smidt sets school record as Mustangs finish with strong meet in Mankato
MANKATO, Minn. – The Southwest Minnesota State women's and men's track & field teams put together several top marks and times, including one school record, competing at the Stomper Open hosted by Minnesota State on Wednesday afternoon. SMSU closed the day with four first-places finishes. Logan Smidt , competing in just her second collegiate meet, set a school record in the javelin with a first-place toss of 37.83m.
