Samuel Sjolund Nets Pro Contract in Edmonton Oilers Organization
KALAMAZOO, Mich. 鈥� The Bakersfield Condors have signed Samuel Sjolund to a one-year AHL contract for the 2026-27 season. The veteran defenseman served as an assistant captain for the Broncos in 2025-26, leading the Brown and Gold to a 27-win season and a fifth straight NCAA Tournament appearance. WMU was also a No. 1 seed for the third time in the last five years. Sjolund spent four seasons with the program, playing in 119 games.
