Ramblers Drop Late Lead, Fall 7-6 to Badgers

MADISON, Wis. -- Loyola Chicago had a 6-2 lead into the sixth inning, but could not hang on and fell 7-6 to Wisconsin on Wednesday, April 8. Freshman pitcher Anna Kiel (7-5) came out of the bullpen for the Ramblers and took the loss. Junior pitcher Brooke Steinhorst was a bright spot for Loyola, starting the ballgame and throwing 5.1 innings, giving up two runs on three hits.
