Pipers Narrowly Defeated by Macalester in Close Match
MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. — The Hamline University women’s tennis team (7-5, 2-3 MIAC) was narrowly defeated by Macalester College (6-5, 1-2 MIAC) 4-3 on Wednesday at the Baseline Tennis Center. The Pipers secured singles victories at the No. 3, No. 5, and No. 6 positions. Macalester secured the doubles point by taking victories at No. 1 and No. 2 doubles.
