Perez and Perelman Land SEC Weekly Honors
BIRMINGHAM 鈥� The No. 2 Texas A&M women’s tennis team garnered conference recognition with Lucciana Perez and Anna Perelman claiming SEC Player of the Week and SEC Freshman of the Week, respectively, the league announced Wednesday. The pair came up big as the Aggies earned two top 20 victories, knocking off No. 4 Auburn (4-3) and No. 16 Florida (4-0). It marked the third career league honor for Perez, who claimed SEC Player of the Week after the final two regular season matches of 2025 and SEC Freshman of the Week in February 2024.
