NGU Falls Behind in Second Half to Nationally-Ranked Wingate
The North Greenville Trailblazers were unable to keep pace with a high-powered Wingate offense, falling 17-7 this evening at Irwin Belk Stadium. North Greenville came out strong early, taking a 3-2 lead by the end of the 1st quarter with goals from Steven Huls Jr., Jared Norris, and Caden Castle. The Trailblazers continued to battle in the 2nd quarter and briefly held a 5-4 advantage following another goal by Huls.
