Men’s Lacrosse Stopped at No. 8 York
YORK, Pa.— Despite 11 first-half saves from goalie Brennan Kirn, Eastern University Men’s Lacrosse was unable to keep up with the No. 8 York College Spartans in a 20-7 MAC Commonwealth loss at York. The host Spartans scored the final six goals of the game to pull away. York (11-1, 2-0) won all nine first-quarter faceoffs and jumped out to a 6-0 lead before Levi Souder finally broke through with his first of two on the day with 88 seconds left in the quarter.
