LOCK HAVEN, Pa. (April 8) – California (PA) sophomore Loreena Manser was voted to the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Winter Top 10 on Wednesday afternoon, as announced by the league office. The PSAC Top 10 Awards, which are selected by the league’s sports information and athletic communication professionals, recognize student-athletes who have achieved a minimum 3.50 cumulative grade-point average (GPA).
