Laughman and Corrente Voted as Knights of the Week
NEWBURGH, N.Y. 鈥� Senior defender Carter Laughman of the men’s lacrosse team and sophomore first baseman Ariana Corrente of the softball team have been named this week’s Knights of the Week. Laughman helped the Knights secure a 5-3 victory over Purchase College in the Knights’ Skyline Conference opener. He totaled one assist, four ground balls, and three caused turnovers this game. Corrente had a career-best week in the Knights’ doubleheader with Mount Saint Vincent. She went 4 for 6 with six RBIs, two runs scored, a double, and a triple in the team’s sweep of the Dolphins.
