FREDERICKSBURG, Va. – Meredith College lacrosse mounted a strong second-half comeback effort but ultimately fell short in a 14-12 road loss to Mary Washington on Wednesday evening at Battleground Turf. The Avenging Angels move to 10-3 on the season following the tightly contested non-conference matchup. Meredith saw a balanced offensive performance with five players recording multiple points.
