Knights Take Down Tornados on Wednesday
BREVARD, N.C. – The Brevard College men’s tennis team dropped a 6-1 decision to Southern Virginia in USA South Conference play on Wednesday afternoon at the McCoy Tennis Complex. The Tornados (7-9, 1-2 USA South) faced an early deficit after Southern Virginia swept all three doubles matches to claim the opening point. Brevard’s top duo of Ayden Montero and Noah Boyles pushed their No. 1 match to a tiebreak but ultimately fell 7-6, while the visitors secured close wins at the No. 2 and No. 3 positions to take a 1-0 lead.
