Firebirds sweep Vikings in pair of close games
CHICAGO, Ill. — North Park softball dropped both games of a CCIW doubleheader in Chicago on Wednesday afternoon, falling 3-2 in the opener and 4-2 in Game 2. Game 1: Carthage 3, North Park 2 Carthage struck first in the top of the first, turning a walk into a run on Olivia Hrist’s RBI double for a 1-0 lead.
