Dylan Darling Throws Out Ceremonial First Pitch at Mets Game
QUEENS, N.Y. - St. John's men's basketball guard Dylan Darling threw out the ceremonial first pitch at Wednesday's New York Mets game. Darling, who never played organized baseball, stepped onto the mound at Citi Field and fired a pitch to St. John's Vice President and Director of Athletics Ed Kull behind home plate. In total, 11 players from the Red Storm's 2025-26 squad were in attendance cheering on Darling from the field level.
