Carthage 6, UChicago 17 KENOSHA – The Carthage women’s lacrosse team returned to action on Wednesday evening for a non-conference matchup against the UChicago Maroons. The Firebirds ultimately fell to the Maroons, despite outscoring the Maroons in the fourth period. FIRST PERIOD Chicago came out firing, controlling possession and dictating the tempo early.
