MONTGOMERY, Ala. — Alabama State University baseball erased a four-run deficit with six unanswered runs to defeat University of South Alabama, 7-5, on Wednesday night at the Wheeler-Watkins Baseball Complex. Trailing 5-1 entering the bottom of the seventh inning, the Hornets (15-16) delivered a decisive five-run frame to seize control of the game before adding an insurance run in the eighth.
