JJ Garrett struck out 14 Jacksonville batters and went 3-4 at the plate to propel Nacogdoches to a 10-0 victory over Jacksonville Tuesday evening. The game, which was played on Teacher Appreciation Night at Fightin' Maidens Field, went official after six innings of play due to the run rule.
