LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – East Stroudsburg University men's track and field athlete Anthony Voto was named the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Co-Field Athlete of the Week, the league announced Tuesday. At the All-American Meet on Saturday, Voto won all three of his events and earned PSAC qualifying marks in each.
