Softball Splits With Holy Family
Goldey-Beacom softball gained a split with CACC opponent Holy Family after rallying back for a 2-0 win in the second game of the doubleheader after falling 4-7 in game one. Game one saw Holy Family start with a 4-0 lead after the first inning on a three-RBI triple from Kylee Jones and an RBI single from Olivia Croge. The bottom of the third inning saw GBC get themselves on the board with a two-RBI single from sophomore Bri Cole (Rising Sun, MD) to cut the lead to two heading into the fourth inning.
