Softball drops doubleheader to UMass Boston
BABSON PARK, Mass.鈥� The University of Massachusetts Boston came back from a 3-0 deficit to win the opener and junior Lauryn Meade (Hanson, Mass.) tossed a one-hit, five inning shutout in the nightcap as the Beacons swept a non-conference softball doubleheader from Babson College Tuesday afternoon at chilly Alumni Field. The Beacons rallied to take the opener, 4-3, and followed it up with a 10-0 triumph in the nightcap.
