Scots fail to contain Webster
St. Louis, MO – The Lyon College Scots were unable to stop strong hitting and defensive play by the Webster University Gorloks, dropping both games 9-1. With today’s results Scots are now 4-20 on the season and are now 1-5 in conference play. In Game 1, Scots would get an opportunity early in the 1st with runners reaching on a hit by pitch and walk, but the final two outs would follow.
