MAYETTA, Kan. – The Fort Hays State Men’s Golf team competed at the Firekeeper Open, April 6-7. Cooper Scheck finished fourth as an individual, while the Tigers as a team placed ninth out of 17 teams competing at Firekeeper Golf Course, a par-72 layout. FHSU posted 298 twice before finishing with 296 in the third round. Scheck was a steady performer throughout the three-round tournament.
