Purchase Splits at Brooklyn
BROOKLYN, N.Y. – The Purchase College softball team split a doubleheader Monday evening, winning the first before dropping the second game at Brooklyn College. With the results, the Panthers are now 11-7 overall, while the Bulldogs are now 5-17. Game One: Purchase 14, Brooklyn 0 (5 inn.) The Blue and Orange cruised in the opening contest, as they rolled past the hosts. At the plate, the Panthers finished with 14 runs on 13 hits.
