Hampden-Sydney, Va. — The University of Lynchburg baseball team traveled to Hampden-Sydney for its second contest against the Tigers this year and earned a definitive 17-5 victory in seven innings on Tuesday evening at Yank Bernier Field. The No. 2/2 Hornets (21-3-1) jumped out to an early lead in the first inning against the Tigers (12-11).
