Men鈥檚 Golf: Raiders Finish Third at Spring Phipps Memorial
By: Brendon Reese CANTON, Ohio 鈥� Mount Union’s men’s golf team finished in third place at the Spring Phipps Memorial at Glenmoor Country Club on Tuesday afternoon. The Purple Raiders finished with a team score of 313 which was four strokes back of second place Malone. Walsh won the event with a team score of 292. Junior Brian Myers (Wadsworth) led the way for Mount Union, finishing with a 75, freshman Austin Mariani (Kinsman / Badger) also carded a round in the 70s, shooting a 77.
