McGavock football hires Nicholas Haddock as coach, replacing Frederick Burnette
McGavock has hired Nicholas Haddock as its new TSSAA football coach, MNPS announced on April 7, replacing Frederick Burnette. McGavock fired Burnette after five seasons. He went 17-35 following his hire in 2021. Haddock, a McGavock graduate and former defensive lineman, was previously an assistant coach at Kentucky Wesleyan College, where he played collegiately. Haddock鈥檚 roles included coaching defensive lineman, linebackers and serving as run game coordinator.
