Mavericks Conclude Firekeeper Open
MAYETTA, Kan. --- The Minnesota State men's golf teams wrapped up action at the Firekeeper Open Tuesday. The three-round Firekeeper Open was held at the par-72 Firekeeper Golf Course in Mayetta, Kan. Seventeen teams competed at the event as the Mavericks finished in 14th place with scores of 300-301-303—904 (+40). Central Oklahoma finished first in the team standings with a score of 288-282-285—855 (-9). Washburn's Myles Tarvin (68-69-73—210) and Central Oklahoma's Rhett Hughes (72-66-72—210) finished first in the individual standings at -6.
