Four Mammoths Tabbed CSC Academic All-District One
AMHERST, MA. 鈥� Four members of the Amherst College women’s basketball team were accorded College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District honors when they were announced last week: senior guards Annie McCarthy (Medfield, Mass.) and Anna Tranum (Bemus Point, N.Y.), junior forward Brielle Renwick (Norwalk, Conn.), and sophomore forward Elizabeth Cain (Holden, Mass.). Formerly known as the College Sports Information Directors of America (COSIDA), the CSC divides the NCAA institutions into nine geographic districts, with Amherst being located in District 1.
