Falcons Earn First Spring Home Win, Defeat Northwestern 5-2
RIVER FALLS, Wis. – The UW-River Falls women’s tennis team secured its first home win of the spring Tuesday evening, defeating Northwestern (Minn.) 5-2 at the Ramer Tennis Courts. The Falcons controlled matches early, sweeping all three doubles flights to take a 1-0 lead heading into singles play. The top pairing of Sydney Wiener and Sarah Baker earned a 7-5 win, while Audrey Ladewig and Hailey Reuvers followed with a 6-4 victory.
