Daniels garners NAIA Player of the Week honor
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Jessie Daniels of Campbellsville (Ky.) put together a massive week at the plate in a three-game series in the battle of the big cats against Freed-Hardeman (Tenn.). With a slash of .500/.500/1.833, she was a tough out with a red-hot bat. The junior infielder stepped to the plate 12 times over the three games last week and made contact twice in each game for six total hits on the week. None of her six hits were singles, as she hit a double and belted five hits to the moon, trying to catch up with Artemis II....
