Cisneros Earns GPAC Weekly Honor
SIOUX CITY, Iowa 鈥� The Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC), along with presenting sponsor Hauff Mid-America Sports, has announced its tennis players of the week for March 30-April 5, 2026. Midland University's Martin Cisneros was named the GPAC Men's Tennis Player of the Week, while Liz Calderon of Doane University earned women's honors. Cisneros, a sophomore from Medellin, Colombia, helped Midland stay unbeaten in conference play with a 6-1 win at Hastings. He won in commanding fashion at No. 1 singles and then teamed with Zhanxing Yu to edge the Broncos' pair at No. 2 doubles.
