Charlotte, N.C. – The Livingstone women's track & field team delivered a strong showing at the Johnson C. Smith University Invitational, finishing fourth overall out of 10 teams. Claflin took first place, followed by Winston-Salem State in second and Johnson C. Smith in third. Leading the Blue Bears was Trinity Bethea , who won the 400 meters with a time of 55.27 seconds, marking a college-best performance.
