Woodring Selected as GNAC Athlete of the Week
By: Jeff Evans, Assistant AD for Athletic Communications BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Returning to the venue where he originally broke a 52-year-old school record, junior Maurice Woodring had another standout performance a year later at the UCSD Triton Invitational to earn the GNAC Men's Track Athlete of the Week award. Woodring placed 2nd out of 20 competitors in the 400m hurdles in a time of 50.69, recording the fastest time in NCAA Division II this season in the event.
