Women鈥檚 Tennis drops a pair downstate
HOUGHTON, Mich. 鈥� The Michigan Tech women's tennis team wrapped up the road portion of its schedule downstate over the weekend. The Huskies fell 5-2 at Ferris State on Friday and 7-0 at Wayne State on Saturday. Against the Bulldogs, the Huskies took the doubles point after Emily Rose and Bella Bigari won 6-4 at No. 1 and Caoimhe McDonnell and Emily Cojocaru were victorious 7-5 at No. 2. Emily Cojocaru extended her winning streak to 14 straight matches overall with a 6-1, 3-6, 6-1 victory at No. 3 singles. She won seven straight singles and seven consecutive doubles contests....
