Wang, Mendoza Sweep NEWMAC Men鈥檚 Tennis Weekly Honors
MARLBOROUGH, Mass.鈥� The ninth-ranked Babson College men’s tennis team swept the New England Women’s and Men’s Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) weekly awards on Monday as sophomore Edward Wang (Burr Ridge, Ill./Phillips Academy Andover) was named Singles Player of the Week and the duo of Wang and fellow sophomore Sebastian Mendoza (Weston, Fla./Cypress Bay) was tabbed as Doubles Team of the Week. Wang received the weekly honor for the second time this season and the Beaver tandem was recognized in doubles for the first time.
