Seventh-Inning Outbursts Lead Softball to Sweep
The Misericordia University softball team swept a non-conference doubleheader at Albright, 15-3, 12-0, Monday. The Cougars scored in every inning of game one, including a six-run outburst in the seventh inning. MU exploded four nine runs in the top of the seventh in game two. Casey Funesti had three hits in the opener and Gianna Foreman drove in four runs with a double and a homer.
