By: Dawnisha Franklin, Athletic Communications Associate SYRACUSE, N.Y. 鈥� Junior attacker Dylan Ruland (Medford, N.Y. / Patchogue-Medford) of the Plattsburgh State men’s lacrosse team earned State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) Offensive Athlete of the Week honors for the period ending Apr. 5, as announced by the conference office Monday afternoon.
