Reno Vorderlandwehr earns SAC Defensive Player of the Week accolades
Rock Hill, S.C.---- Wingate University freshman Reno Vorderlandwehr has been named the WePlayed Sports South Atlantic Conference men's lacrosse Defensive Player of the Week, league officials announced Monday afternoon. Vorderlandwehr earns Player of the Week accolades for the first time this season. He is the third different Bulldog to earn SAC Defensive Player of the Week honors this year. Vorderlandwehr was a key part of #4 Wingate's big 16-12 victory at #12 Newberry Saturday night, as the Bulldogs stayed perfect in league play.
