Patterson Leads Asheville After Day One of Golfweek/Stifel Spring Challenge
PAWLEY'S ISLAND, S.C. – After the opening round of the Golfweek/Stifel Spring Challenge on Monday, the UNC Asheville women's golf team sits tied for ninth place in the 19-team field and ranks second among the four Big South programs competing. Asheville posted a team score of 301 (+17) in the first round, led by Caroline Patterson, who carded a 72 (+1) to sit in a four-way tie for 12th place.
