Men’s Tennis Tops Lewis & Clark, Captures Second Straight NWC Title
PORTLAND, Ore. — The Whitman College men’s tennis team capped a perfect Northwest Conference road slate Sunday, rolling past Lewis & Clark College 7-0 at the LC Tennis Dome to clinch its second straight NWC regular-season title and a record 30th conference crown. Whitman (13-5, 12-0 NWC) completed the sweep behind straight-set wins on five of six singles courts after taking two of three in doubles to secure the early lead.
