GOODYEAR, Ariz. — Northeastern State battled through a competitive field Monday at the Palm Valley Classic, finishing the opening two rounds tied for 17th place at 4-over-par 580 on a par-72 course. The RiverHawks posted rounds of 290-290 at Palm Valley, positioning themselves alongside Hawaii Pacific entering Tuesday's final round.
