MacDonald Secures Skyline Softball Pitcher of the Week
NEWBURGH, N.Y. – Mount Saint Mary College senior pitcher Grace MacDonald was named the Skyline Conference softball Pitcher of the Week as announced by the league office Monday afternoon. MacDonald dominated on the mound in both of the Knights’ games against Mount Saint Vincent this past week. In their doubleheader versus the Dolphins, she threw 11.0 innings with 12 strikeouts, allowing just one run throughout both games. MacDonald also added some help on the offensive side of the ball with two hits and scored four runs.
