Guidry Named SCAC Tennis Player of the Week
Clarksville, Ark. – University of the Ozarks tennis player Perry Guidry was named the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Men’s Player of the Week, the league office announced on Monday. Guidry, a senior from Lafayette, La., clinched the match to push the Eagles to a 4-3 victory over John Brown University on Friday. With the match on the line, Guidry defeated Andrew Aylor 7-6, 7-6 at No. 5 singles to secure the non-conference contest.
