Carroll Named OVC Co-Pitcher of the Week
BRENTWOOD, Tenn. 鈥� RHP Andrew Carroll of Southeast Missouri Baseball was named Ohio Valley Conference Co-Pitcher of the Week, the league announced on Monday afternoon. Carroll (6-1) picked up his sixth win of the season on Friday evening as he tossed a complete game shutout of Lindenwood in an 8-0 Redhawks victory in St. Charles, Mo. He pitched a career-high 9.0 innings and allowed just three hits and no runs. He matched a season-high five strikeouts and held the Lions to just a .100 batting average against him and did not surrender a walk for the third time this season....
