Women鈥檚 Track & Field Shines at Triton Invitational, Record Set!
LA JOLLA, Calif. – The California State University San Bernardino women’s track & field team competed Saturday in day two of the Triton Invitational, hosted by UC San Diego. In the 800-meter run, senior Kai Marroquin (Rosemead, Calif.) broke her own school record with a time of 2:14.35, CSUSB’s third new school record this season. Also making headlines on Saturday was junior Joace Warrior (Colton, Calif.), who ran the 11th fastest time in Division II this year in the 100-meter hurdles, with an NCAA provisional mark of 14.08.
