Women鈥檚 Tennis Claims Share of NWC Regular Season Crown
WALLA WALLA, Wash. 鈥� The Whitman College women’s tennis team clinched at least a share of its fourth straight Northwest Conference regular season title with a 6-1 win over Lewis & Clark College on Sunday afternoon at the Whitman Tennis Courts. Whitman, now 14-5 overall and 12-0 in NWC play, rolled through doubles and secured the match early in singles to hand the Pioneers (9-7, 7-5 NWC) the road defeat.
