WestConn Softball Loses Two Tough Games At Eastern Connecticut
MANSFIELD, Conn. – The visiting Western Connecticut State University Wolves fell short twice against the Eastern Connecticut State University Warriors in Little East Conference (LEC) softball action this afternoon at Washburne Field. WestConn falls to 4-14 overall and 0-4 in the LEC. Eastern Connecticut improves to 12-6 overall and 4-0 in the conference. WestConn will visit Farmingdale State next in a doubleheader on Wednesday, April 8 at 3:30 p.m. WestConn rallied back from a 5-0 deficit and scored four runs in the fifth inning of game one.
