Walkoff win, Watson’s 100th stolen base, highlight doubleheader sweep
CAMDEN, N.J. (April 4, 2026) – The Rutgers University-Camden baseball team is making walkoff finishes a big part of its agenda as it makes a strong bid to defend its New Jersey Athletic Conference title. In a conference doubleheader against Rutgers-Newark here Saturday, the Scarlet Raptors rallied for five runs in the bottom of the ninth inning to capture the opener, 12-11, and then won the nightcap, 13-3. The wins lifted the Scarlet Raptors to 14-10 overall and 6-0 in the NJAC, while the Scarlet Raiders fell to 10-14 overall and 2-4 in conference play. Rutgers-Camden returns to action Tuesday…
