SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) - The South Bend Cubs postponed games for the third consecutive day Sunday due to unplayable infield conditions at Four Winds Field. The Cubs were scheduled to play a doubleheader against the Quad Cities River Bandits starting after 2 p.m., but first pitch was delayed as the playing surface continued to be evaluated. Quad Cities announced on Facebook around 3:45 p.m. that the games would be postponed.
