Jackets dot the podium at Manchester Invite
NORTH MANCHESTER, Ind. – Defiance College track and field returned to action on Saturday with multiple podium finishes among the men’s and women’s teams at the Manchester Invitational at Spartan Stadium. Freshman Xavier Wilson and Jesse Brown each recorded their second event wins of the outdoor season. Wilson grabbed first place in each the 100 and 200 meters while Brown captured the victory in the high jump Sophomore Rakel Thompson had a career day that was highlighted by winning the 200 meter race.
