El Paso sports briefs: Boxer Ivy Enriquez remains unbeaten
El Paso pro boxer Ivy Enriquez continued her winning ways at the Live Nation Archer Music Mall in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Enriquez defeated Chastity Roberts, of North Carolina, by unanimous decision in a four round bantamweight fight on Friday night, April 3. The three judges all scored the fight 40-36. Enriquez, who turned professional in February of 2025, is now 7-0 with two knockouts. Eastwood High School wrestler Hailey Delgado won a gold medal at the 2026 Under-17 Pan American Championships at Centro de Alto Rendimiento Luis Tejada in Panama City, Panama, on Friday.
